Registering a new account and account inquiries
If you have submitted your online registration and have questions on the status of your application please contact your local credit contact as listed below.
Got a question about an order?
Once your order is submitted online it is printed at your 'default' branch for fulfillment and processing by a branch associate. The default branch is the branch that was chosen when your account was set up. You should contact your branch directly for:
- Rush orders and deliveries
- Orders you want shipped to another branch and other alternative shipping arrangements
- Pricing concerns
- Backorders
- Any other questions regarding your order
Pricing
Your Wolseley Express account pricing should always reflect the same discount structure that you receive at the branch. If there are any discrepancies with your online pricing please contact your sales rep or branch directly so it can be addressed promptly.

If you encounter any error messages or difficulties with the operation of the site you can send us an email at webmaster@wolseleyexpress.com or leave us a message at 1-877-270-3641 with the following information:
- Your name and company name
- City and Province
- Customer account number code (if known)
- A brief description of the problem.
