Got a question about an order?
Once your order is submitted online it is printed at your 'default' branch for fulfillment and processing by a branch associate. The default branch is the branch that was chosen when your account was set up. You should contact your branch directly for:
Rush orders and deliveries
Orders you want shipped to another branch and other alternative shipping arrangements
Any other questions regarding your order
Your Wolseley Express account pricing should always reflect the same discount structure that you receive at the branch. If there are any discrepancies with your online pricing please contact your sales rep or branch directly so it can be addressed promptly.
It is the responsibility of the registrant and principals of the registering company to update our records and delete any employee no longer needed or authorized. These changes can be made on the site via the "manage users " option that is provided to the business owner/manager, or you can contact your regional credit office for assistance.
Site Access/Credit Holds
If your account is placed on credit hold for any reason, it is understood, that access to wolseleyexpress will be withdrawn for the duration of that credit hold. Sign in attempts during a credit hold period and to the end of the day that the credit hold existed will not be successful.
